Once a youth has been identified that residential services are necessary and appropriate, Caseworkers are able to fill out a Residential Treatment Referral to be reviewed by our Clinical Director and Leadership Team.

Once the referral has been completed, an application is filled out for the youth by Caseworker and guardian of the youth. The application, along with any court reports, histories, or assessments, will help Hope Ranch of Missouri to identify how to best help and meet the needs and goals of the youth, families, and care team.

Hope Ranch Application

After the application has been submitted and reviewed, Hope Ranch staff will coordinate with Caseworkers and caregivers to set up a tour and interview with the Care team, family, and the youth. If The Hope Ranch admission team determines youth will benefit by placement at Hope Ranch, youth’s care team will be notified of acceptance within three business days and future admission date will be scheduled.
